Meet Our Ambarsadors

We know that life gets busy, and not everyone has the time or resources to do research on healthier living. So we’ve assembled some prominent figures in the fields of nutrition and fitness to share their knowledge and advice for living a balanced life. And we bring it all together on our blog, The Weekly Bite.

Matthew McClelland

After settling into his new role as a stay-at-home dad, Matthew McClelland was thrown a curve ball in 2012 when he underwent an emergency surgery to remove a cancerous tumor. While in recovery that spring, he began gardening as a way to heal and reconnect with the Earth. His family has grown since then and he now has his hands full as a busy father to 4 boys and a girl ranging from ages 9 to 9 months. Dedicated to setting a positive example for his children, Matthew has pushed himself to improve his health and get back in shape following his surgery. Undergoing the trials and tribulations of parenting 5 children, Matthew often contributed his dad experiences to his wife’s parenting blog, Mom Generations. Wanting to further share his love for fatherhood he launched Redefining Dad where he discusses his family, love for gardening and fitness and life after cancer.
