Challenge yourself to sign up for community fitness classes where you’ll meet new friends all working together for a common goal: to be fit, healthy and happy. Many gyms and community centers offer a number of classes, and most have beginner, intermediate and expert classes to suit varying ages or levels of experience.
Group classes provide support, accountability, and structure to help you stay on track. Well-trained, certified instructors can make workouts safer, and help you move past plateaus. And you can never underestimate the positive support of your classmates.
