Make a berry-good summer for your kids with a 40-30-30 recipe for a Berry-Good for You Smoothie – the perfect blend of fruit and run!

Berry-Good for You Smoothie

  • 1 1/3 mixed berries, frozen (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup water
  • 25 grams pure whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp. blue agave syrup
  • 1¾ tbsp. macadamia nuts, chopped

DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Granulated fructose can be found in health food stores.
