High-Fiber Deli Wrap: A 40-30-30 Lunch

Fill up on fiber and curb your cravings throughout your day. Try this 40-30-30 recipe for a High-Fiber Deli Wrap and avoid munching mindlessly!

High-Fiber Deli Wrap:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 whole wheat flour tortillas, 6-inch diameter (La Tortilla Factory)
  • 3½ oz. lean sliced deli meat (turkey or chicken)
  • 1 oz. swiss cheese, lowfat
  • 1/3 avocado, medium
  • ½ cup grapes, green or red

DIRECTIONS:

Divide deli meat and cheese on tortillas. Top with sliced avocado and fold. Serve with fruit.

Total calories (2 wraps) – 400

Carbs – 40 grams, protein – 30 grams, fat – 14 grams
