40-30-30 Tangerine Smoothie

  • 2 small tangerines
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 15 grams of pure whey protein powder
  • 2 walnuts (4 halves)

Directions: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more ice or water to adjust thickness.
