Strawberry Smoothie: A 40-30-30 Breakfast

Brighten your morning with the sweet taste of strawberries! Sip on a delicious serving of 40-30-30 nutrition with this recipe for a Strawberry Smoothie.

Strawberry Smoothie:

  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup water, cold
  • 13 grams pure whey protein powder
  • 1 tsp. blue agave syrup
  • 1 1/3 tbsp. almonds, sliced
RECIPE DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
