Summer Smoothies

If you love summer melons with all their vitamins, minerals and fiber, try these delicious balanced melon smoothies that are great for a 40-30-30 diet.

Start with fresh ripe melons; cube and freeze them. Blend the melon with protein powder, Blue Agave sweetener* and macadamia nuts for a perfect 40-30-30 ratio of carbohydrate, protein and fat. It’s a great way to cool down on hot summer days.
